Kevin M. Kurland founded Kurland Realty, Inc. in 1997. Over the past ten years, Kevin has built the success of his company on the foundation of his accumulated expertise in real estate as well as his exceptional ethical standards that have earned him the respect of clients and colleagues alike. Kevin's determination and ambition were fostered from an early age. "I've always wanted to run a successful company," says Kevin, "Fortunately, my years of business experience and hard work have enabled me to realize this dream."

Riley has joined Kurland’s team as Director of Sales after thirteen years of award winning service as a NYC broker. He has been dedicated to making the real estate process a positive and gratifying experience for both buyers and sellers, and now is bringing his knowledge, understanding and commitment to advise, counsel and train Kurland’s energetic and vital sales force. He now has the opportunity to apply his breadth of experience and enthusiasm to inspire and help others to achieve the success they seek. A proud member of The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), Riley is also committed to maintaining the highest standards of real estate ethical practice and fostering that mission in his team.
In the world outside of Real Estate, Riley has combined his passion for cycling with his personal connection to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. He is a member of the advisory committee for the MS Bike Tour and every October since 1977 he joins thousands of others who ride to raise funds for the New York City. He has also participated in fundraising and construction for Habitat for Humanity, working in Harlem on their 100,000th home with Jimmy Carter. And every year Riley joins the Carnival for the annual Pediatric Aids Foundation’s Kids for Kids event, volunteering his time and energy to support the efforts begun by his childhood friend Elizabeth Glazer.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Allan Gallaway knows the NYC market inside and out. Graduate of Adelphi University, he has worked in sales throughout his professional career. As the long-time owner of a major manufacturing company in the Garment center, Allan has worked with some of the largest and most prestigious chain stores and private label companies in the industry.
During his twelve years in real estate, he developed his expertise in placing and negotiating retail leases and office leasing, and has been involved in the sale of buildings, leading to the launch of his own commercial division under Kurland Realty. His invaluable experience and people skills have greatly contributed to his success in placing both independent users and national chains in various NYC locations. Additionally, he attributes many of his accomplishments at Kurland Realty to the collaborative dynamic between the seasoned residential brokers, working together with a shared network of clients and landlords – a loyal following, that has created a unique environment for the Kurland Realty Commercial department. Allan is exceptionally attuned to his clients’ needs, tenants and landlords alike, focusing on meeting their criteria without smoke and mirrors. He takes particular pride in seeing a placed business succeed and grow, and maintains, “I love what I do!”
